WARRANTY TERMS

INTRODUCTION
The After Sale Service Terms is focusing on top quality LiFePO4 battery
packs. YINKAI has a strong QC system checking before the battery sent to
customer. After years of LiFePO4 producing, and according to our advanced and
experienced battery technology, we establish the following after sale service terms
for customer reference.
Based on proper operation and according to the battery specification, we
can offer 24 months warranty for the battery, since the customer have received the
batteries, or when the batteries arrive at customer place, such as country/ harbor/
airport/ custom/warehouse etc. For the detailed time, we need a confirmation from
the customer or based on the delivery company tracking record, no matter by air,
by sea or by land.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT
Free Replacement:
Time:
During the first 2 months (60days) after customer received the battery, no
matter by air, by sea or by land.
We will replace the whole battery which is defective under standard operation.
Charged Replacement:
Time: From 3rd to 24th months after customer received the battery, no matter by
air, by sea or by land.
Detailed Solution: We offer time pro-rated replacement charge terms. That means
when customer has got the battery for 10 months and a charged replacement will be
(10-2)/24×Unit Original Price. When it comes to 24 months, the charged replacement
will be (24-2)/24×Unit Original Price. When it comes to the beginning of 25th months
after customer received the battery, the charged replacement expense is a whole unit
price for a new battery.

REPAIR(MAINTENANCE)
Free Repair:
2 Years
Time: 2 years after the customer received the battery.
When the batteries are defective under standard operation, we will repair the
batteries for the customer for free.
We will also teach the customer to repair the batteries, such as dealing with some
common tiny technical problem, repair and replace the defective accessory. And we can
offer some part of accessory to the customers for free.
Charged Repair:
(charged, but non-profit cooperation)
When time is beyond 2 years warranty, we will charge for repair expense based
on the initial cost of the accessory and workforce.
When batteries are not under proper operation, e.g. including dip into water and
destroyed by the natural disaster, we will charge for repair expense.
When send workers to customer to help repair at request, the customer needs to
be responsible for all expense of YINKAI workers, including all transportation
(including return).

Available all the time. (Through Internet or Phone)
Charged Technical Support:
Workers Dispatch
When YINKAI send workers (engineers, technician and sales) to customer place
at request, the customer need to be responsible for all expense of YINKAI workers ,
including all transportation (including return).
When customer send workers (engineers, technician and sales) to YINKAI. We
have the responsibility to offer the best technical and equipment support and free
training of certain related technology.

DELIVERY
Delivery
The buyers are responsible for all battery and accessory delivery cost.

CONCLUSION
This Terms is based on proper operation according to the battery
specification.
YINKAI POWER has the right of final explanation of this Terms.
